Harvest
This wine was produced with grapes from the noble varieties originating exclusively from our vineyards. After a strict control of the grapes’ maturation in the vineyard, the date for the harvest of each grape variety was decided and the grapes were hand harvested and transported to the cellar in small 12-14 Kg boxes.
Vinification
After a strict control of maturation, the date for the harvest of each grape variety was decided and, after being hand harvested, the grapes went through a slight peculiar maceration before pressing.
After the decantation of the must, the alcoholic fermentation was undertaken in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, followed by a short 3-month ageing period in new French oak barrels.
Technical Data
May be consumed immediately, although it may benefit from a 6-month stage in the bottle, as long as properly stored. Should be served at 10°C. Considering that it has been slightly filtered, it may present some precipitate inside the bottle.
